Ballet can help in strengthening the brain alongside improving cognitive abilities in children. Ballet is one of the most effective ways of releasing built-up energy and due to its calming effects, it enables children to focus, leading to better performance which transfers to other aspects of their life.

Classes from 3 + 

Tap dance works the core for improved balance.

Training the muscle memory in this way improves balance, coordination and control. Tap teaches Rhythm and Musicality.

Your tap shoes are your instrument, and you are the musician playing your instrument. By learning to dance as both a dancer and a musician, you will start to find your inner rhythm and you'll have a better sense of the beat of the music.

Classes from 3+

It's a style of dance that combines classical techniques with acrobatic elements. While all dance is physical, this form is particularly athletic and has unique choreography due to its use of acrobatics in a dance environment.

Musical theatre is an art form and type of entertainment that combines acting, dancing, and singing. Musical theatre productions, also known as musicals, are performed around the world. From plays at your school to Broadway in New York City, JL dance company's musical theatre class is fun and exciting and explores dancing, acting and singing .

Modern Jazz is fun. You will learn to develop many different movements reaching to a broad choice of varying rhythms and musical styles. Classes are structured to begin to prepare the physical strength and flexibility required to demonstrate emotion through interpretation of any musical genre."IDTA".

JL Dance Company offers one to one vocal tuition slots with miss Jo. The aim is to build confidence and vocal technique.
